Program fees are paid in full before service begins. Four- and twelve-week programs end at the conclusion of the purchased term; continuation requires renewal and availability.
The school-year program includes 40 scheduled service weeks across September–June. Your agreement specifies the dates, holiday arrangements, and any planned make-up sessions. Midyear availability and the appropriate term are discussed before enrollment.
Know what you’re buying
Scheduling, attendance, cancellation, withdrawal, and refund terms are provided in writing before payment. An assessment does not reserve an ongoing appointment.
Between-session support covers brief guidance during the agreed response window. Additional live instruction is arranged separately, subject to availability.
